UK's Hammond: Opportunity for a meaningful vote next week

The UK Finance Minister/ Chancellor, Philip Hammond cross the wires in the last hour and said that we have a problem in the House of Commons as it has struggled to come up with a clear message on what it wants as an alternative to no-deal Brexit. There may be an opportunity for a meaningful vote next week in the parliament, Hammond added further.
