China Foreign Ministry Spokesman Geng: Clarifies that the agreement refers to Nov. 1 phone call

China's Foreign Ministry spokesman Geng Shuang was out with a clarification on his earlier statement and said that the agreement refers to Nov. 1st Trump-Xi phone call when he made the comment that they have agreed to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
