US dollar is substantially overvalued – JP Morgan

Following the comments from BAML’s Piron on the greenback, we have JP Morgan Asset Management's global market strategist, Hannah Andersen, speaking on the US dollar outlook to Bloomberg TV.

Key Headlines:

Dollar is substantially overvalued.

The Dollar should be lower than it is now.

Headline risks and market narrative (such as the ones seen in EM) is helping to push the dollar higher.

But current short-term rally in the dollar could continue over the next few weeks and maybe a couple of months.

However, likely by the end of 2018 the dollar will come back down.
